October 19th – Tuesday

6:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Optional Dinner with Group Leaders at the Crocker Dining Hall

7:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Welcoming and Icebreaker Party at Forest Lodge (Bob’s room)

October 20th – Wednesday

7:30 AM to 9:00 AM – Breakfast at the Crocker Dining Hall

Official start of the OPA Astrologers Retreat at the Chapel
Introductions All Around

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM – “Free will and Determinism Part I”.

A series of talks led by Monica Dimino (click here for more info on this part of the retreat)
We will all be together in our big meeting room.

12:00 PM to 1:00 PM – Lunch at the Crocker Dining Hall

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM – “Free will and Determinism Part II”.

There will be a Panel, Audience participation, and Discussions.
We will all be together in our big meeting room at the Chapel.

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Free Time – Go back to your room and rest or enjoy a variety of Asilomar attractions

6:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Dinner at the Crocker Dining Hall

7:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Chapel -Introductions to your Specialty Track groups.

10:00 PM to Midnight – Party! Forest Lodge (Bob’s room) Enjoy time for visiting with old friends and meeting new ones.

October 21st – Thursday

7:30 AM to 9:00 AM – Breakfast

9:00 AM to 9:50 AM – Announcements and Three Talks
 at the Chapel

9:50 AM to 10:00 AM – Break

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Morning Session Specialty Track Groups -everyone goes to chosen Track meeting place.

12:00 PM to 1:00 PM – Lunch at the Crocker Dining Hall

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Afternoon Session Specialty Track Groups – everyone goes to chosen Track meeting place.

4:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Free Time – Go back to your room and rest or enjoy a variety of Asilomar attractions

The conference concludes after breakfast.
